Who We Are
We built this firm around a simple idea. Business owners deserve someone who actually knows their business, not just someone who processes their transactions.

Bookkeeper & ProAdvisor
There's a pattern in the bookkeeping industry that business owners know too well. You sign up with a firm, get passed around between staff members, and nobody ever quite understands what your business actually does. Questions feel like interruptions. Reports arrive without explanation.
Christy Krzyzaniak founded ClearLedgers after watching this pattern repeat at three different CPA firms. Small business owners kept struggling with their books. Not because bookkeeping is impossibly hard, but because the service model prioritized volume over understanding. Quick turnarounds mattered more than real support.
ClearLedgers is built on the opposite approach. The client base is deliberately small. Every client is known personally. When you have a question, you get an answer from someone who actually knows your business and your situation.
The deliverable is not just organized books. It's financial clarity. You understand where you stand. You feel confident in your numbers. You can hand your records to your CPA at tax time and know everything is accurate and ready.
We work with small businesses across the United States from a home office in Alpharetta, Georgia. Cloud-based systems make the geography irrelevant. What matters is the relationship.
Meet the Founder
I'm Christy Krzyzaniak. I spent years working at CPA firms before starting ClearLedgers, and I kept seeing the same thing. Small business owners came in overwhelmed by their books. They needed someone to take the time to understand their situation and help them make sense of their numbers. What they got instead was rushed service and generic solutions.
After my third CPA firm, I realized the problem wasn't the people doing the work. It was the model. When a firm measures success by how many clients it can handle, individual attention becomes something nobody can afford to give. I wanted to build something different.
I moved to Georgia and started ClearLedgers around the opposite idea. Fewer clients, known well. I keep my client base deliberately limited so I can give each business the attention it deserves. When you reach out with a question, you're not interrupting my day. You're the reason my day exists.
My background includes more than 25 years of experience across operations, accounting, and human resources. I've worked in construction, healthcare, and e-commerce. I hold a Certified Bookkeeper credential from the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and I'm a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I'm also a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and the American Payroll Association.
What drives this firm is something simple. I genuinely believe that behind every ledger is a business owner with dreams and goals. My job is to help you see your numbers clearly so you can make decisions with confidence.
