What This Is

ClearLedgers® configures your payroll system so it works correctly from the first pay run. Tax accounts linked properly, pay items set up right, employee records entered with the correct classifications, direct deposit connected, and automatic tax payments configured. The kind of foundational work that prevents problems later.

This is a one-time setup service. It does not include training on how to run payroll yourself, and it does not include ongoing support. If you want expert eyes on your payroll over time, Payroll Oversight is built for that. If you want someone else to run payroll entirely, Full-Service Payroll handles everything from start to finish.

What Gets Configured

Platform settings and company information. Federal and state tax account connections. Pay items for salary, hourly, bonuses, and reimbursements. Employee profiles with correct pay rates, tax elections, and classifications. Direct deposit banking. Automatic tax payment and filing settings.

What This Does Not Include
